Salmon Pudding

Ingredients:
- 500kg of fresh salmon, boneless and skinless
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups natural yogurt
- 1 Lemon
- 1 cooked beet
- Parsley
- French Garlic
- Chives
- Basil
- Ginger
- Margarine
- Salt
Preparation:
In a blender, grind the salmon with a little salt, a little ginger, parsley, lemon juice and 2 eggs.

Salmon Pudding
