Fresh Salad
For hot summer days, typically after the beach, when the desire to do something more elaborate is low, we can always find some energy and make a fresh salad.
. I made this salad in the early summer, after returning from the beach, was a friend to Martha (moved to Bali!) who repeated a few times 10 3. (she is so hungry).
Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Cameroon
- Parsley
- Lemon
- Mayonnaise
- Boiled egg
- Black olive
- Strawberry or melon (cold)
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes in an irregular manner, cucumber cubes, shred a few leaves of lettuce, boiled eggs cut lengthwise. (The strawberries and melon slices cubed - As Martha had no fruit at home did not add the salad)
Assemble the dish with boiled eggs and some lettuce leaves in the center, around the plate for the shrimp tomatoes, strawberries or melon cucumber, a few parsley leaves embedded in the middle there, the black olives on top of everything and two or three lemon slices embedded near the shrimp.
Add a little olive oil all over the salad and mayonnaise in the center, on top of the egg and lettuce.
Serve with a cantaloupe juice, watermelon, guava, pineapple or fresh. (On another occasion I write the recipe for melon juice foo)
To have a more intense flavor, we can add a sauce.
For the sauce:
2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, lemon juice, grated lemon peel (lime is better) and 4 heaped tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well and pour over the shrimp and cucumber.
Voila!
