Salmon Pudding

They were at my house, Guillermuco, and Romina Cesarix a crazy fun, but a lot!

A few days before he was zapping and saw the end of this recipe, I could read the ingredients and see some pictures, I changed some ingredients and the end result was very good. By Romina who does not eat fish (bad Argentines) liked.

Ingredients:

  • 500kg of fresh salmon, boneless and skinless
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • Parsley
  • French Garlic
  • Chives
  • Basil
  • Ginger
  • Margarine
  • Salt

Preparation:

In a blender, grind the salmon with a little salt, a little ginger, parsley, lemon juice and 2 eggs.

Cut the French garlic lengthwise into thin strips and small (size of a finger), for a pan with a little butter and let brown.

In a small way, well greased with butter, line the bottom with the French garlic golden, add salmon and ground complete with one more layer of garlic French gold.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes in water bath .

While going to the oven:

It is the sauce, grind the beets with some basil leaves and natural yoghurt

Cut the chives (just) into very small pieces
