Interestingly today I had lunch with some friends and some former colleagues talked something about Facebook and people said "I'm nobody, I do not have Facebook ...."
Facebook, Orkut, Hi5 and other social networks have become a fever in the last 8 years. There are several people who enjoy seeing the pictures of those who do not know, to send party invitations to send advertising messages, make ridiculous comments (Orkut allowed all this).
Some time ago I had a hassle with some comments left on profiles of people known friends. After a few months, I came to be blackmailed by a message through this "Petrine" ask for money, in return for the comments ... I ignored the request and after about 3 or 4 all threats stopped.
The Veja magazine even published a story about the invasion of social networks and problems brought on by exposure of the information.
Faerman Juan, Argentine writer, recently published a book mocking Facebook. On your site , the book description says, "depth," "cynicism," "irony" and "humor" does not seem to end assignable to Facebook ...
The video presentation of the book is very good.
